Where is my code?

Right after paying you come back to the maker with your code already filled in. The code is also in your receipt email from Payhip: open the download page linked in that email. Bought on Etsy? The code is in the file START-HERE.pdf of your Etsy purchase.

Can I make more than one crossword?

Yes. One code works for as many crosswords as you like, on any device, as often as you like. There is no need to buy again for a new version.

The download didn’t start

• After pressing Download PDF, press Open your crossword (PDF): the crossword opens in a new tab, ready to print or save.
• Mac (Safari): look in Finder → Downloads for a file whose name starts with “Crossword-”. If Safari asks whether to allow downloads, choose Allow.
• iPhone or iPad: in the tab that opens, tap the Share button, then Print or Save to Files.

My words are gone

Your words are saved only in the browser where you typed them (they are never uploaded). Go back to that browser and device, or type them again: your code works anywhere.

Printing

Print at 100% (“Actual size”) on A4 or US Letter, whichever you chose. The answer key is on the last page: leave it out if you’re giving the crossword as a gift.

Something went wrong with my order

Use the contact form and tell us what happened. If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment.
